Danny Ray Allen, 61, passed away on April 15, 2012. Danny was born on October 10, 1950 in Berea, Kentucky to Sam Allen and Lula Martinez.

He is survived by his son, Shannon Allen; his mother, Lula of Indianapolis; brothers, Earl (Linda) Allen , Rex (Terry Pendas) Allen, and Jimmie (Patty) Allen; nieces and nephews, Jeff (Marissa) Allen and their children, Stefan, Brennan, Matt, Cassie, and Lucas; Christy (Jason) Nelson and their children, Taylor and Madi; Kimberly Allen; James (Leanna) Allen and their children, Isabelle and Cheyenne; and Sam and Jennifer Allen. Danny was preceded in death by his son, Steven Paul Allen and his father, Sam.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the Victory Memorial Methodist Church, 1930 Woodlawn Ave, Indianapolis from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
